PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy) corrugated tubing/flexible tube/bellows
May 26, 2026
PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy) corrugated tubing/flexible tube/bellows is a specialized, ultra-pure fluoropolymer conduit engineered to combine the extreme chemical inertness and thermal stability of PFA with the extreme flexibility of a corrugated profile. It allows for sharp bends and compression without causing kinks or reducing the inner diameter of the tube.

Key Specifications & Performance Features
Extreme Flexibility: Features a bend radius of virtually zero. The extension-to-compression length ratio is typically around 2:1.
Thermal Resistance: Operates continuously at temperatures up to 260°C (500°F), which is significantly higher than alternative FEP corrugated tubing.
Chemical Inertness: Virtually universal resistance to highly corrosive chemicals, hot strong acids, and aggressive solvents.
High Purity: Offers a non-stick, ultra-low extractable surface that prevents process fluid contamination. It meets strict semiconductor and biopharma cleanliness standards.
